Football sign-ups for the 2013 season will be Saturday May 18th and Sunday May 19th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm (both days). Both the 5th/6th team and the 7th/8th team will sign up during these times. Signups will be held at John Guisbert’s home. All of the equipment is stored there, and this will make the process of fitting everyone for equipment much simpler.

There is a new game schedule for the 7/8 team. It has been posted on the game schedule pages. We will actually start our season one week later, starting on Weds. September 12 at Montabella. Schedules will also be handed out at practice.

The middle school team (7 th and 8th grade) will start practice on Monday August 20th. We will only have 3 weeks to prepare for our first game, so attendance will be very important.
The practice schedule for the first 3 weeks:
August 20 through 24 6:30pm to 8:45pm
August 27 through 31 6:30pm to 8:45pm
Sept 4 (Tuesday) through Sept 7 6:15pm to 8:00pm (first week of school).
The 2012 Football season is rapidly approaching. This season will bring a few changes. The 7th and 8th grade teams have been consolidated into one middle school team. The 7/8 team has also joined a new league. The new league more closely matches us with schools of similar size. All of the other teams will be 7/8 combination teams as well. The middle school team will have a total of 6 games – 3 home and 3 away. Most middle school games will be played on Tuesday nights.
Our 5th/6th grade team will continue to play in the JPHC league this year.
All players are required to have a sports physical this year. The physical must be completed BEFORE the player participates in practice. Physical cards may be turned in at the first practice. No players will be allowed to practice without first turning in their physical card.

Our final 8th grade game of the season at Roscommon will be played earlier than normal. The game will start at 5:00pm. Players should be at the field in Roscommon at 4:00.
This weeks 8th grade home game vs. Gladwin will start at 6:00 pm. The players should be at the field at 5:00pm.
